Section 40
Institutional arrangements related to sick industries
(1) In accordance with this paragraph, the government of Nepal may establish a high-level body including experts in related fields to identify, classify and suggest for revival, reconstruction and management of sick industries.
(2) The structure, functions, duties and powers of the bodies constituted under sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
